Dink was a dedicated member of The Church of the Little Flower up until his death in 1988.  Every year we hold a golf outing in his memory and use the proceeds to award a scholarship to a deserving 8th grade student from Little Flower planning to attend Sacred Heart-Griffin.

Dink was a firm believer in hard work and dedication, so we present this scholarship to an 8th grade student with those same values. 

Our first year out we raised $500.00 for the scholarship fund.  Last year we
presented a student with a scholarship in the amount of $1,500.00!

We would not be able to do this without the support of our sponsors and golfers.  Dink would be proud to know that his memory lives on and that his family and friends gather once a year to have fun and raise money for such a worthy cause.  Thank you to all involved for your continued support.
